As a self-motivated and high skilled Software Project Manager, Senior Software Architect and CMMI Consultant / Appraiser, I have significant experience on Software Architecture and Development in various fields like Telecommunication, Banking, ERP, CRM and Accounting. I am still working as an Expert Application Engineer in one of the biggest commercial banks of Turkey (Finansbank IT).

My specialties are Predictive, Forecasting and Estimation Model Research & Development, Effort Estimation, Defect Prediction, Release Planning, Corporate Performance Management / IT Balanced Scorecard implementation, Enterprise Architecture, Machine Learning, Data Analysis and Mining, Software Analysis, Architecture and Development, Measurement and Analysis, Process and Product Quality Assurance, Process Improvement.

I am also the project manager of TÜBİTAK (The Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey) TEYDEB (Innovation Funding Programs Directorate) projects and R&D projects continued with the cooperation of Bogazici University and Finansbank (Effort Estimation, Defect Prediction, Release Planning, Corporate Performance Forecasting…).

Apart from industry, I am conducting my Ph.D. studies in Bogazici University Computer Engineering Department and holding Project Management Professional (PMP), SEI Certified Personal Software Process Developer (PSP), Certified Secure Software Development Professional (CSSLP), ITIL v3 Foundation Certificate and Certified Software Development Professional (CSDP) (To be) certificates.
